Chapter 01: Another Titanic I Presume?

Do you know that the process of growing up is about learning from our mistakes and moving on from there? I assume you do, but I doubt you know the definition of a mistake. In fact, I believe no one does. What are mistakes, what is wrong and what is right, what is this and that, who are you tell me all these things are wrong, or in fact righteous?

Questions arise; doubt is in all our hearts. Then, everyone starts to feel violated. Everyone feels as if they have been stolen of their rights and nothing seems to fit in anymore. What is this feeling I ask, what is this wrong doing? Or is this even wrong?

I blame this on acceptance, the acceptance of who though. Friends? Family? Everyone else?

The need of assimilationism. My theory is that everyone deep down feels alone, everyone longs for that feeling of belonging. This is because we are all born twin, I said this before remember? Twins we are. We are not meant to be one and one only, but if you’re desperately looking for your twin. My suggestion is STOP. If they come, they come. If they go, they go. Don’t live life thinking “what if...”, it is not worth the trial.

“They just want you to be their friend, but they don’t want to be your friend.”
-Anonymous.

Friends or family or love, they are all the same. They stand by the same rules; they stand by the same handbook. One important rule is to stand by each other; no matter how much you hate them or even despise them or even don’t favour them just because maybe they are the most boring person on earth or they are too much for you to handle. Stand by them, through times of happiness and times of grief.

Relationships, it grows within the boundaries of our willing. The boundaries of our willing, grows within the modernisation of life. The modernisation of life, it grows within the patience that we have. And the patience that we have is restricted within the time that we live. One vicious cycle.

Now we know where these ships are headed, they will sink one day. And when they sink, will they be just another remnant of our memories or will they be forgotten, lost beneath the sands of time.
